  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change without prior notice.
  • Payment: Payments are securely processed through Shopify and third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment details.
  • Order Cancellation: We may cancel orders due to fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We offer islandwide delivery within Sri Lanka.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days and delivered within 7 working days.
  • Shipping Fees: A flat Rs. 100 shipping fee applies (subject to change).
  • Tracking: Customers receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.

4. Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchanges

    Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

    • Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
    • Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale/clearance items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.
    • Defective Items: If an item has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
    • Exchange Costs: Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are only applicable to items with manufacturing defects. For other reasons, please email us with your reason and contact number, and we will inspect and respond accordingly.

    • Refund Window: Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
    • Non-Refundable Items: Sale/clearance items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
    • Refund Costs: If the refund is due to a manufacturing defect, the courier costs for returning items are completely free.
    • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive your returned item.

    📌 Note: It may take an additional 7-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If there are any delays, please inform us via email.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Millon Clothing.
  • Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our permission.
