Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing fault, arrange for an exchange or refund. Please note that damages resulting from wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are subject to the following eligibility criteria. Exchanges can only be done for items of a similar price point to the one being exchanged.
- Exchange Window: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Sale or clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

- Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to size changes or reasons other than manufacturing defects, customers are responsible for courier costs.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange promptly. Exchanges may take up to 7-10 working days. If there are any delays, please inform us via email.
